      The pros are that there are pockets of some actually bang-up people at the company who are team players and I enjoyed working with and respected them. The new CEO seems to be trying to revitalize the company and correct the sins of the former regime.

      Cons

      The cons are because Careerbuilder is an owned asset of Apollo everything is about the bottom line. In the hayday of CB they were a company who valued creativity and inspiration and it really seems that all that matters is what is at the bottom of the budget sheet.

      Work life balance, nifty coworkers, work from dwelling house

      Cons

      They recently changed the bounty structure and information technology'south terrible! What used to be consequent bonuses for peak performers now are cut in half, with the other one-half of bonus not coming until Q4 for most reps who have finish of year renewals. I will not receive one-half my bonus until January 2023, which isn't practical. I can't expect that long to make bonuses that pay my bills :( It's lamentable because all the veterans and superlative performers are leaving, or will leave over the side by side month or ii. Unfortunately this comp programme is the final straw for many of the best employees.

      Had a great team. The people seemed to genuinely enjoy working together. Good atmosphere to work in towards the beginning, which started going downhill one time PE investment came in

      Morale of the company started to decline once the PE firm came in and leadership seemed to go downhill
